Admissions requirements: All candidates must apply and become accepted through the College of Graduate Studies.

Students must have an appropriate music undergraduate degree and a grade point average of at least 3.0.

Master of Music in Performance, Conducting, Composition or Piano Pedagogy 
Candidates must demonstrate, through audition or interview, talent and ability levels which indicate successful graduate study in music.

Master of Music in Education 
Candidates must have a music education degree, a major of at least 40 semester hours in music, or appropriate study in music education as determined by an entrance interview.

In addition to the above listed requirements, prospective students must submit three letters of reference stating promise for graduate study to:
